you launch for yourself, and it can only be deployed in 0.4 security or less.
looks like cloak modules now have a 15 min "stability blah blah" attribute now
other than that, haven't tested it...i'm curious if you can shove signal amp low slots in enough to lower your chances of being decloaked (if it's even a 'chance')
