In this video I’m building a set of custom saddlebag support brackets for my Triumph, designed specifically to suit a set of saddlebags I made myself.
Rather than using off-the-shelf parts, I wanted to fabricate something that fits the bike properly, supports the bags the way I need, and keeps the overall look true to the Triumph.
I’ve tried to capture as much of the DIY motorcycle fabrication process as possible — from planning and shaping through to test fitting and final install — along with a few cinematic workshop shots along the way.
This build is part of my ongoing work on this Triumph, focusing on making practical, well-thought-out parts that actually get used.
If you’re into Triumph motorcycles, custom builds, fabrication, or just enjoy watching things get made, I hope you enjoy the video.
Thanks for watching.
