DMG IPS install
I was trying to hold some stuff into the camera a few times but held it way too high, sorry about that
cut parts are just me screwing stuff in and out and trying to fit that annoying flex cable

00:00 - Unpacking
01:10 - Fitting the glass screen lens
02:25 - More unpacking and taking apart the DMG
04:40 - Testing the IPS kit
10:00 - Installing the IPS screen in the new shell
12:18 - Taking the speaker from the old LCD board
14:10 - Installing the speaker on the new LCD board
15:30 - Prepping the new shell
18:25 - Transfering the main board to the new shell
21:02 - Joining the 2 halves
23:35 - One final test
24:18 - Forgor to put in the power switch 💀
27:30 - Putting it all together
