Epic Games account access with console login
First, go to the epic games official website. Then, click on the support option. After that, select “explore topics” and then choose “account”.
Here, click on the “recover your account” option. Scroll down a little until you see the “I don’t remember the email of my epic games account” hyperlink. Click on that.
Then, click on “search for your account email” hyperlink. You can search for it using your display name, account ID or connected account. I will choose “display name” option since I remember the name. After that, click on the “search for email” button.
Next, scroll down until you see “request email change” option and click on it. Here, go ahead and input the email even if you don’t remember it. Then, select “lost access to this email address” hyperlink. Next, click on continue account recovery and start account recovery.
Input the new email address you want here and click continue. A 6 digit code will be sent to that email. Go find that email and input the code here and choose “continue”.
Next, you can use 5 different ways to find your account, with Account ID being the best way. However, you most likely don’t know it so the next best way is either through your display name and connected accounts. I will choose “display name” and put in my display name in the next box. Then, select “continue”. You can input your email address or leave it empty and scroll down. Choose no if you have not changed your email address. Click on continue. Next, choose the email address you used to sign up with.
They will send a security code to that email, but just ignore that and click on continue. Choose “no” if you have not changed your display name before. Select your display name here. Now, go ahead and input your personal details alongside your country you created the account in and choose “continue”.
If you have connected any social accounts, you can add them here to help with verification. In my case, I choose no. Next, they will ask if you have made any purchases. Choose yes and provide details if you did, otherwise, choose no. Click on continue and you can scroll down and add in final details you have left out in the text box below. Add as many details as you can and then choose “submit request”. The epic games support team will send you an email and help you recover your account. Thanks for watching!
