Friends who don't have sound, the K-index data is on the screen in the middle of the video.
A magnetic storm is a phenomenon caused by regular flares and explosions of varying intensity on the Sun, which release significant amounts of solar energy. When charged particles generated by these flares reach the Earth's magnetosphere, this activity occurs, commonly known as a magnetic storm. The strength of a magnetic storm is measured in so-called K-indices. A K-index of 1 to 4 is considered insignificant, a K-index of 5 is moderate and can affect a person's overall health, and a K-index of 7-8 is considered very high.
