We take a working firing setup and make it feel alive by spawning a proper muzzle flash exactly where the weapon fires.
This is Part 4 of the UE5 Weapon System series and a direct continuation of the AI shooter project. In this short and modular tutorial, you will learn how to integrate Niagara effects into real gameplay logic, specifically how to spawn a muzzle flash at the FirePoint when firing. Everything shown here is reusable and can be applied to any Unreal Engine project, not just this one.
We focus on practical implementation instead of visual effects theory. You will use a ready free Niagara system, configure it correctly, and hook it into the existing fire logic so it behaves like a real weapon muzzle flash and does not loop incorrectly.
