One of the cases turned out to be quite typical, the dishwasher was quite functional, it just blinked its lights, and the client did not even try to turn it on. It turned out to be a spontaneous repair. Another client was so impressed by the high cost of a possible breakdown that a modest amount for repairing a real malfunction left him in a great mood. After all, it is very important in our work that the client is satisfied, and at the same time to do without deception.
