Step 1 - Install Map Builder • Map Builder | How to Install MAP BUILDER |... (Skip Step if already done)
Step 2 - Launch "OpenIV"
Step 3 - Go to (mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mapbuilder\dlc.rpf\objects.rpf)
Step 4 - Drag and Drop all Files into Location
Step 5 - Done (Launch GTA 5) Have Fun!!

How do I open up the Police Tape Menu?
CTRL+G
How can I Attach the Tape to Vehicles? -
Go into your "Plugins" Folder (Find "PoliceTape configuration settings")
Open it and edit the .ini under "ATTACH TO VEHICLES" as TRUE
