If You're wondering why it doesn't exist anymore? Cause' Flamc04 The Creator of The Goatman Mod got called out for copying and reskinning Gargin's "Cave Dweller" Mod. So it will be down for a While. Flamc04 claimed he was going to "rework" the mod and give it custom AI, I'm not really sure.
The distant sounds are actually extended in-game and in the JAR files.
