How to Apply Animations to All Slides in PowerPoint
1. Open your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint.
2. Click on the View tab from the top menu.
3. Select Slide Master.
4. In the left panel, choose the main Slide Master or the layout you want to animate.
5. Click on the Title placeholder (heading text).
6. Go to the Animations tab and select an animation (e.g., Fade).
7. Select the Content/Text placeholder.
8. Again, go to the Animations tab and choose an animation (e.g., Float In).
9. Repeat the same steps for other placeholders like images or shapes if needed.
10. Click on View again.
11. Select Normal to exit Slide Master view.
Result:
The applied animations will automatically appear on all slides that use the same Slide Master layout.
Note:
Animations apply only to Slide Master placeholders.
Manually added text boxes or different slide layouts will not inherit these animations.
Press Shift + F5 to preview slide animation from the current slide
