1. Go to Preview and click File – Open
2. Select the picture you want to convert and click Open
3. Click File – Export
4. Change the JPG format and click Save

Convert HEIC to JPG using Automator
1. Gather all your HEIC into a single folder and open Automator
2. Click Quick Action – Choose
3. Find “Change Type of Images” in the list on the left, double-click it, and click Add.
4. Specify where you want your images saved and change the type to JPEG
5. Select the JPEG format from the drop-down menu and click File – Save
6. Name your quick action “Change HEIC to JPEG”
7. Go back to the images you’d like to convert – select them – Control-click Quick Actions – Change HEIC to JPEG
Change HEIC to JPG using Photos
1. Select your images in the Photos app
2.Drag and drop them on your desktop. This will automatically convert your images to JPG
