Hey guys my name is Rodrick Lopez aka Rolo or memefortime! I’ve been doing Crossfit since 2012 and coaching since 2013. I run a company called ROLOATHLETICS and my life revolves around helping others realize their potential, making memes, and finding my limits!
I went to Cal State Fullerton and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology! I started college as a Music Performance Major and once I found CrossFit my entire life changed!
