Here I show quickly putting together a screen to add a friend to a user's friend list. To do so, we first query our Google Firebase Real-time Database to make sure that a user with the specified friend id exists. I show how to set the Firebase rules to allow that operation, as well as sending our new friend list to the database for safe keeping :)
