Scrolling topic bar - twtopic.pl
This is a neat little script to get the topic bar in irssi to scroll. The script can be found at http://scripts.irssi.org/ and it's called twtopic.pl.
The big negative thing with this script is that you can't click on the url presented in the topic bar.
