D2R Graphics Settings For A GTX-750 & Older PC

ALL SETTINGS ARE LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION BELOW
I came across many of these settings via trial and error. If anyone sees something that I can adjust to improve it please let me know. These settings are mainly for playing in Legacy Graphics Mode with the nohd mod.

System Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
24 Gigabytes RAM

Antialiasing - Mode: Off
Antialiasing - Setting: None
Antialiasing - Transparency: Off
Background Application Max Frame Rate: Off
CUDA - GPUs: All
DSR - Factors: Off
DSR - Smoothness: Off
Low Latency Mode: On
Max Frame Rate: 60 FPS
OpenGL rendering GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
Optimize for Compute Performance: Off
Power management mode: Prefer maximum performance
Shader Cache Size: Driver Default
Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimization: Off
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias: Allow
Texture filtering - Quality: High Performance
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization: On
Threaded optimization: On

Adjust desktop size and position:

*Note: If you have black bars try disabling 'scaling' in Windows 10 Display settings.

Override the scaling mode set by games and programs

Resolution: 1280x768
*Note: This should be set to your current desktop's resolution.
Resolution Scale: 50
Sharpening: 0
Vertical Sync: Off
Framerate Cap: 60
Texture Quality: Low
Transparency Quality: High
Shadow Quality: Low
Anti-Aliasing: Off *Note: Or FXAA if enabled in NVIDIA settings
Dynamic Resolution Scaling: Off
Framerate Target: 0
VFX Quality: Low
VFX Lighting Quality: Low

(Legacy Video Options)

Game Resolution: 800x600
Lighting Quality: High
Blended Shadows: On
Emulation: GDI

Battlenet Launcher 'Game Settings'

Additional commandline options: -sndbkg -w -mod nohd

*Note: I am unsure if -sndbkg actually works in D2R but it seems to help.
*Note: The -w command is optional but I like starting the game in a window.
*Note: The last two are needed only if using the nohd mod.
