🔹Error 3221225477 [AMD] Drivers Workaround [1]
• Rollback your AMD video driver to a previous version:
1️⃣ Uninstall AMD drivers using DDU or the AMD Cleanup Tool.
💡 For DDU, run it in Safe Mode uninstall, then restart into normal mode & install the new driver.
2️⃣ If driver version 25.9.2 or 25.9.1 does not work, download 25.8.1 [Recommended].

⚠️Prevent AMD Driver From Updating After Fix
🛑 Stop Windows 11 From Auto-Downloading AMD Drivers — Simple Steps:
1️⃣ Disable Drivers via Group Policy:
• Press Win + R Type gpedit.msc → press OK
• Go to: Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Windows Update → Manage updates offered from Windows Update
• Open Do not include drivers with Windows Updates
• Set it to Enabled - Click Apply → OK
2️⃣ Disable Driver Downloads via System Settings:
• Search “View advanced system settings”
• Go to the Hardware tab & Click Device Installation Settings
• Choose No (Your Device Might Not Work as Expected) Click Save ✅
🔹Error 3221225477 [AMD-Nvidia] Drivers Workaround [2]
• Since the game won’t open, edit GraphicsSettings.json
• Changing its setting will let you switch Vulkan on or off
1️⃣ Locate the File
• Open File Explorer → type %localappdata%
• Go to Star Citizen → open starcitizen_(sc-alpha-4.4.0)_cc9wt_0
• Open the GraphicsSettings folder
2️⃣ Edit the Settings
• Open GraphicsSettings.json with Notepad
• Change: "GraphicsRenderer": 0 ➝ "GraphicsRenderer": 1
💾 Save the file
3️⃣ Launch the Game
• Start Star Citizen again → it should now run with Vulkan
🔹Error 41013 – Persistent Shard lock Temporary Workaround:
1️⃣ Go to the Character Repair page on the RSI website.
• Fill in the reason + password, but don’t press Repair yet.
2️⃣ Join Persistent Universe.
• The moment the newspaper loading screen appears, quickly press Repair on the website.
3️⃣ You’ll get an admin kick.
• Click OK, and when the launcher appears, press CTRL + SHIFT + R.
4️⃣ Launch the game again and try entering the Persistent Universe.
