A lot of youtubers make fun, ridicule, and doesn't use Noelle whatsoever. People like Tectone, and others have shamed Noelle and I got mad at it. Here, I'll show you my journey from having Noelle, to now maximizing her. So that I am prepared at any scenario that the future updates of Genshin Impact such as Inazuma, Yanfei, and Eula. And my Noelle is prepared at anytime.
