Torres just denied the ruling and proved once again that things aren't in the best interest of the American public. The public is pro crypto, congress is pro crypto and the regs are on the way. Yet, she says it doesn't benefit the public. Now Ripple and XRP will suffer further delays with the SEC and the case. Meanwhile BITCOIN BTC and the altcoin market are under some selling pressure as we see more low prices hitting the screen. Cryptocurrency is soft at the moment with delays in regs happening possibly until 2026!
