Floating Bubble Background Animation with Only CSS
This tutorial shows how to create a floating bubble background animation using only HTML and CSS. Each bubble has a glassy effect, with different sizes, positions, delays, and durations to look natural and random. We use CSS keyframes to make them float upwards and rotate.
