The 4% Completion Spelunky Challenge! (Minimum Journal Entries)

A run I had joked about conceptually for a looooong while, I finally decided to give it a shot. I've actually had a clear before but OBS had a recording issue for that attempt, so this is my 2nd finish! The 4-1 ate 3 of my bombs due to a poorly placed Crush Trap, but the rest of the Temple was kind enough to preserve the run. I lost the 2nd player during Olmec, but unlike any other death, the Olmec journal entry gets unlocked anyway upon beating the game, so it was fine to continue.
A few clarifications:
--What are the required journal entries?
The 4 main areas and Olmec.
--Could any of these journal entries be avoided?
Probably not. Olmec could potentially be avoided if some method was found to bypass his journal entry, but all our existing wrong warp strategies in this game can't be used to skip the 4 main areas.
--Why is it a co-op run?
Tunnel Man is a journal entry and can only be avoided by playing in co-op as far as I'm aware. Also, starting in co-op skips the tutorial, which is nice.
--What are the minimum entries for a Hell run?
The 5 main areas and Yama. Unfortunately, there's no way to avoid getting the Yama journal entry, even if you never directly harm him. His death seems to be directly connected to the journal entry. This means Hell runs require 6 journal entries.
--Isn't this just a Pacifist Low% run?
Pretty much! Pacifist is required to avoid all enemy entries and Low% avoids the item entries, with the extra restriction that you can't even hold certain weapons. That being said, you also cannot receive any entries in the "traps" section of the journal, meaning you'll need to avoid Powder Boxes, destroying any traps, and especially not triggering Crush Traps or Turrets.
