Case With A Patient With High Blood Pressure. Age 35, Taking Medication From Past 5 Years, Still Medicine Is Not Helping Him, Blood Pressure Was Staying At 160-180/100-110. Although He Was Having Sedentary Lifestyle, Sitting Whole Day In From Of Computer And Doing Writing Task In His Office. We Get His X-rays Done And Observed His Neck Posture Was Not Good And Worked On His Neck And Some Supplements Guided, And Initially Regular Walking Is Introduced In His Routine, With That He Is Able To Make His Blood Pressure Back At 130/90 In 10 Day, In Between We Gave Him 2 Sessions And These Changes Helped Him A Lot.
