-50 kilos in 1 year after stroke
A year ago, on September 26, 2024, my life changed completely: During a Twitch livestream, I suffered a minor stroke at the age of 44. This pivotal moment was my second birthday—and the start of a new, healthier life.
Since then, I've lost over 50 kilos—from 170 kg to my current weight of 121.9 kg at a height of 2.01 m. A huge success, which I achieved through plenty of exercise, mindful experiences in nature, a healthy diet, and the support of the Munjaro weight-loss injection.
In this video, I'll take you with me to Hölzhof Castle in Münsterland to celebrate my anniversary and openly share my journey, my transformation, and how I managed to refocus on my health.
