Sarah Jay is a professional singer, songwriter and music teacher. After her stroke in 2015 she was told the devastating news that she’d never read again.
Sarah Jay says, “I thought my life was over. I know first-hand how critical hope is when rebuilding your life.” Her Stroke Association Support Coordinator, Karen, helped Sarah Jay find hope again throughout her stroke recovery.
