Let's take a closer look at Speedify's Privacy and Encryption!
Under the hood Speedify operates like a VPN which means all of your traffic is encapsulated and passed through an encrypted VPN tunnel. Your encrypted data looks like gibberish to any third-party observer meaning neither ISPs nor hackers can read it, even if they manage to intercept it.

We take privacy seriously. We collect the minimal amount of information needed to provide you with fast, reliable, and secure communication. We do not log the websites you visit, the data you exchange, or anything related to your DNS requests and do not share ANY personal information with third parties. End result - No government can get logs of your browsing history since there are none.
Some apps and websites are known to block VPN traffic though. For these, Speedify has a feature called Bypass. You can access it in the settings in the Privacy section. Here you can select which services you want to go around Speedify, but if you do so your traffic to and from them will not be secure.
Speedify also includes DNS options in the settings in the Privacy section. Auto is recommended, for maximum speed and security. But we also have a few other DNS options to choose from, including the AdGuard DNS which includes a built-in adblocker.
