A Day in the Life of a Boss Roofing Operations Manager

A typical day for Mitch starts with checking his email and responding to any urgent messages. He then reviews the schedule for the day and makes sure that all of the jobs are staffed and materials are ordered. He also spends some time meeting with customers to discuss their roofing needs.
In the afternoon, Mitch works with the team to ensure that all of the jobs are progressing on schedule. He also checks in with the project managers to make sure that they are meeting their goals.
In the evening, Mitch reviews the day's work and makes plans for the next day. He also takes some time to catch up on paperwork and administrative tasks.
