I ranked four of America's most popular bread brands using a microscope to see whether their microscopic structure matched what their ingredients suggested. Some of the results completely surprised me.
Throughout this investigation, we'll compare each bread at 40x, 100x, 400x, and 1000x magnification to find out whether the microscope supports my predictions... or proves me completely wrong.
