What up everybody! I thought I would tell you guys the experience I had at my first powerlifting meet. It was BCPA sanctioned and it was an absolute blast. I encourage all of you to compete in powerlifting if you can or at least just go to the meet, the vibes are crazy inspiring. I hope this inspires you to compete at your local meet!
