This video is about the use of the Tilt Shift Lens. There are a few caveats that are not stated in the video regarding those lenses:
1. They don't fit all camera's, even if the lens is of the same brand as the body. It is often an issue of the physical dimensions of the camera body.
2. There is no auto focus
3. Measuring the light is difficult and you will have to try it out
4. They are expensive
Some will say that you have a filter in PS, so no need for such lens. Wong ! , yes you can make area's blur as it was a TS lens, but it is impossible to make unsharp/blur area's sharp....and that is what is needed you have a source picture that was taken with a normal lens. The only way that it would work a bit is to have a very large `DOF in the source picture at the right places.
