Plugin Used : Follow me
It is very simple to make :
Draw a rectangle and pushpull it as much as you want
Draw an arch shape on the front face of the rectangle
Draw a line from the center of the arch
Draw a circle on the end of the line
select the circumference if the circle and the click on Follow me plugin then click on the face
finally delete the rest of model
You did it !!!
