10 years of Rap Contenders is something to celebrate. 10 years since the a cappella Battle Rap movement began in France. 10 years of MCs coming and going. 10 years of evolution. Today, I'm offering you the best of the 10 years, chronologically tracing the league's biggest classics.
From Deen Bubigo vs. Blackapar to Louvar vs. Aladoum, a lot has happened. This best of will allow you to see the evolution of the RC and the MCs who performed there. And more importantly, more generally, the evolution of the writing style of all the artists.
I didn't select my favorite punchlines, but rather the punchlines that I believe are the biggest classics. Even if it's hard to look back on more recent editions.
