Thank you so much for watching!

Today is the highlight of our stay in Pangasinan. It's my birthday, and we will celebrate with my beautiful family.
The family woke up early to get ready for the celebration. When there is a fiesta or just a holiday, relatives come over to help with the cooking.
There's nothing like a provincial holiday atmosphere.
Daniela prepares breakfast while we cut the meat for a soup called pinapaItan. It consists of the cow’s innards. Beef bile and tamarind are used to make it, so the soup has a slightly bitter and sour taste.
Soon the main star of the celebration, the karaoke machine, arrived. A celebration cannot be complete without singing and dancing.
Filipinos love to sing and adore music. No wonder most of us are very happy people.
The Karaoke Sing Along system is a Filipino invention. Roberto del Rosario patented it in 1975. And became the first patented karaoke machine manufacturer in the world.
According to some reports, 95 percent of Filipinos can sing. I belong to the remaining 5 percent.
Well, today friends you’re going to find out if that's true.
Three stoves are used for cooking, two of which are wood-fired and a gas stove, which is in the house.
Among the dishes will be pinapaItan, pansit which is a noodle dish, spaghetti, pork adobo, chicken cooked in sauce, and lumpiang shanghai.
Lumpian shanghai is a type of Filipino egg roll. The main filling consists of ground pork, chopped onions, carrots, and seasonings.
For dessert, we are making macaroni salad consisting of macaroni, mixed fruit, cheese, condensed milk and cream.
My sisters take turns at the microphone. I know this is the moment they've been waiting for. Glorelin sang a song from the movie "Titanic" soulfully. She has a great voice. Glorelin and Danica are the singers in our family.
The birthday girl is still busy cooking.
My mother and I are preparing the banana leaves on which the food will be placed. First we have to wipe them down with a clean cloth, then heat the leaves over the fire.
Only some of my family and friends are coming today.
Tita Lila sang a song in honor of my birthday, and they wished me all the best in life.
My friends that I have been friends with since high school, Mary Jane, Jemar and Celine, came. They brought cake. I told my husband that I didn't have many friends growing up because of my stern face and unapproachable gaze. He finds that hard to believe, he thought I was exaggerating. But I am glad I have good friends and family around me who love and appreciate me.
In many cultures, newlyweds have to dance their first dance. The Philippines also has this tradition. Danica will sing for us.
We thought this song described our journey to each other.
Boris and I have come a long way from friends to couple, from couple to husband and wife. We held on to each other's promises and said we would make it work.
There were many trials, but we didn't give up. We fought for our love and we still do. Now I can't imagine my life without him.
We wish all lovers who find themselves in the same situation to stay strong for their love. We are a living example that love is worth fighting for. We wish that you will succeed just as we did.
Boria have watched and listened to the Filipinos sing. We do it without any tension. Most of us are good singers, and even if we make mistakes it doesn't bother us one bit. We enjoy the process.
We let Mama Katya to rest in another house, because we understand she is not used to loud noises and such holidays. Although according to Boria, weddings in Russia are often noisy, too.
In the Philippines there is a curfew for videoke. It starts at 9 p.m. After living here for a while, he realized that not everyone adheres to this rule, because sometimes neighbors sing from the heart until dawn.
Nevertheless, we didn't want to be a nuisance and ended our party early.
Tomorrow we were in for another adventure.
The next day, while packing our suitcases, we found a wooden flute we had brought from Russia. Boria showed the children how to use it and gave it to Charlene. I also gave her this pink headband with a bow. She is a very kind and hardworking child and we hope to meet her again in the future.
As the family outside the bus window waves at us, the real adventure begins. We have no one at our next destination, not even me speaks their dialect. This is both frightening and liberating.
Many people from Russia have said that Boria is a coward for leaving his country, but we believe that starting our lives from scratch is one of the bravest things a person can do.
