GTA V is running pretty well on this device. Also, the 8GB RAM isn't that much of a problem in this game. For way modern titles I'd recommend upgrading to 2x8GB to get 16GB of RAM in total. Always keep attention to having dual-channel RAM.
Tested device: HP Envy x360 15-eu0055ng
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U HexaCore
RAM: 8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM (2 x 4 GB) dual-channel
GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics, integrated
SSD: 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD
