[C64] First test of a VIC-II Kawari replacement chip on my NTSC C64

This is installed on my breadboard C64, ASSY 326298 which had a ceramic VIC chip.
I test out both NTSC and PAL mode running a sid music many are familiar with from the game Monty on the run. It runs comically fast under 60 Hz in NTSC at first, then runs correctly under 50 Hz in PAL mode. The switch between the modes are performed off camera using a special utility program that can talk to the VIC-II Kawari.
