Is Quickplay or Casual better? Should Quickplay return? Maybe Casual should be improved instead? But does that effectively turn it into Quickplay? The goal of this video is to examine Quickplay and Casual, their history, upsides and flaws, then present broad paths for the future, and additionally, suggest ways to better integrate community servers into the game.

Notes
I mention links being on the screen, because I planned to put them in cards. Turns out this feature is only available when you're a YouTube Partner.
Moderation on the comment section is set to "None". If your comment is deleted, that's thanks to our machine overlords.
Some screenshots are crusty, because they come from 10+ year old livestreams. It's surprisingly difficult to find old screenshots of the TF2 UI.
If you want to dig deeper, I highly recommend checking out the sources spreadsheet and reading through especially the emails, very interesting stuff.
Thanks to everyone that discussed these topics with me during my not-so-secret research. You know who you are :)
