Elden Ring Nightreign - Testing Scholar's Analyze Charge and Runes
I've heard about Scholar's Analyze getting buffed based on the numbers of specimens you analyze and I wanted to test it. It's true and you don't even need to do a full scan! A quick scan works the same. More specimens analyzed = higher initial charge (speed is not affected by specimen count, as far as I could tell)
While I was at it, I wanted to test the Rune gain from the Relic. It doubles as a confirm for doing a first-time specimen analysis, after all. I'll leave it up to you whether that one's worth taking, but I personally wouldn't prioritize it at all (you get more Runes in a run by just wrecking everything with his Ult). Would be neat if you get a Relic with 2 other good effects but that's it
Video's probably too speedy to really see the benefits of the specimen count? BUT it seems to be around 1.1% initial charge per specimen? You can see this best on Libra, which I slowed down on the final example.
I've heard this effect caps at 50%, giving you an essentially instant lv2 buff/debuff. I did not get that high on this run, sadly, but I just wanted to confirm how much the
