I used to take rotors and stators to the Diold plant in Smolensk to determine what was wrong.
I buy tools like drills and grinders from Diold, so I can check the damage on the spot and buy the necessary parts.
Then I decided to search online for a schematic for an Interturn Short Circuit Indicator (ITI). I found one and decided to make one myself.
The circuit turned out to be simple: I fabricated a circuit board using the LUT method, wound the coils, a friend soldered the SMD components, and everything turned out great.
