Appraiser Tech Tip: Print legal forms to letter paper with TOTAL
With most appraisal software, if you want to print your legal-size forms onto letter paper, you've got to print them to PDF first, then use Adobe Acrobat to print from legal size to letter size.
Instead, save a minute or two per report with TOTAL: When printing physically, just check the box to shrink the legal size down to letter size. This way you can completely skip that middle PDF step completely, and get back to appraising that much quicker.
