Re activate windows 10 after system bd replacement
If you make any major changes to your PC like for example your mother board or even if you move your hard to another similar machine then Windows 10 will want re activating as it thinks your trying to clone it . it take seconds to fix this so dont worry or bother calling Microsoft , all you need is your or any valid Windows Vista, 7 , 8 or 8.1 key .this only works for people who did an in place upgrade from one of these previous operating systems as far as I can see since Microsoft don't supply a key for Upgrades its a sort of Virtual key .Hence Its best to use magic jelly been key finder in Windows 7 before you upgrade in case you dont know you W7 key or it is not printed on the machine . Since once you upgrade to Windows 10 , then programs like Majic Jellybean or any other key finder will no longer find these Microsoft keys, most especially for the upgrades since Microsoft now uses a sort of generalized /Virtual fingerprint of your system board to denote a key from all other components (mainly your system board), thats why it even will not ever ask for a key ever again if you re install W10 on same PC ,Even if you do a fresh install. Since it looks up your ID from this virtual fingerprint help on your PC. its almost like a combined serial number made of several major components in your PC system. It has been like it since Vista, but more so in W10
