25g gelatin powder
1/2 apple, sliced
1 lemon slice
1 cherry
Goldfish & shark gummy candy
Whipped cream, to taste
🏞️ Windows XP Cake
60g graham crackers
30g butter (30g)
200g cream cheese
30g granulated sugar
200g yogurt
120g heavy cream
Gelatin mixture (30g hot milk + 10g gelatin powder)
3g matcha powder
1g blue spirulina (or butterfly pea flower powder)
40g coconut milk
☁️ Cloud Cake
Clouds:
50g sugar
5g agar powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk
Sky:
150ml hot water
Butterfly pea flower / blueberry / lavender mix
150g sugar
500ml water
10g agar powder
500ml coconut water
