There are many ways to clean the air in a workshop online, but we decided to buy a ready-made filtration system rather than just make do.
The Jet AFS-400 filtration system is designed for air purification in workshops, garages, and other spaces contaminated with dust or paint particles.
There are two main modes: continuous and programmable.
The programmable mode is used for cleaning outside of working hours: using the remote control, you set the timer and power (performance)—after completing the program, the unit turns off.
The filtration is two-stage: the outer electrostatic filter captures most of the contaminants, while the inner filter captures a small amount of the finest suspended particles (mostly particles smaller than 5 microns). The unit is mounted at least two meters above the floor on a support that can withstand at least 40 kg of static load. It also has loops for hanging from the ceiling.
Maximum performance is suitable for a room of approximately 120 cubic meters. If you need to service a larger space, it is recommended to place the AFS-400 near sources of contamination to improve dust removal efficiency.
