How to Cover a Cake With Ready to Roll Icing | Silver Spoon

For the Cake
150g Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
200g Caster Sugar (We like Silver Spoon)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (We like Nielsen-Massey)
3 Free Range Medium Eggs
75g Plain White Flour
150g Self-raising White Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Hot Water
