Not all fish is created equal. In this video, I've compiled a detailed ranking of fish based on their health benefits.
There will be five categories:
1. Very Healthy (Everyone should eat it).
2. Good (Generally healthy).
3. Acceptable (Occasionally okay).
4. So-so (Best not to overdo it).
5. Best not to (Fish that's best to avoid).

There will be a lot of interesting and unexpected information about mercury, omega-3, and parasites. Be sure to watch the video to the end to avoid wasting money on unhealthy foods!
