We spend 24 h in the autumn forest with hammocks and winter quilts. We pass a small lake and enjoy the colourful autumn leaves. We head to a former camp site where we prepare our hammock shelter. As no rain will fall, we need no protection against rain.
As it gets colder and darker, we prepare a hot tea and cook some shrimps and noodles. We then retire in our hammocks which are prepared for the first cold night of autumn.
The next morning we make fire with fatwood and a ferrocium rod. We then field sharpen our knives to a razor sharp state and do further care on the blade and handle. We then break camp and head back to civilisation.
