Always check if your STL-file is printable!
Check for leakage, edges, invalid triangle orientation or holes before you send your rapid prototyping file for an expensive production.
Netfabb Basic is a free and good tool for this.
Do not trust any 3D-software to export perfect Rapid Prototyping files. Even Solidworks fails sometimes...
But if Netfabb have approved your file then your safe :)
