TOP 13 BEST New JRPG & Japanese Games from NGPX 2021 (SWITCH PS4 PS5 XB1 PC)
The New Game+ Expo 2021 (NGPX 2021) happened 3 days ago and a lot of new JRPG and Japanese games were showcased by some of the high profile publishers that bring Japanese games to the west. Nippon Ichi Software (NISA), Koei Tecmo, Idea Factory, Inti Creates Playism, Arc System Works, GungHo and more were there. A lot of trailers were shown, release dates were announced and some publishers even streamed their games for an extended period. All in all it was a fun 6 hours and in this video I show you the 13 best and new JRPG / Japanese games that I'm personally most excited for in 2021 and 2022.
For each of these games I will talk about what the game is about while showing you gameplay and/or trailer footage in the background. I hope you enjoy this quick compilation as it took quite a while to make and I'm curious to hear which of these games you like the most!
Thanks to NISA for providing a review copy! In this review we take a look at Fallen Legon Revenants. At first glance this game looks like a mix of Castlevania, Valkyrie Profile, Vanillaware combined with the OST of the Ys games. But it's an entirely unique JRPG brought to us by YummyYummyTummy. Fallen Legion Revenants boasts a vast branching story with many endings and when you combine this with addicting combat it's sure to provide a lot of hours of playtime. Is the game really worth playing though?
