Keynote: Frank Wiebe; Running Micro-Services at Scale – Adobe’s Open Source Gateway Using NGINX
Adobe is on a journey to expose product capabilities and features via APIs to enable both individual developers and enterprises to develop custom applications that incorporate Adobe product functionality. The adobe.io API Platform is a key component to the successful enablement of this strategy by providing a highly available, scalable, and secure platform for Adobe API service publishers to manage API services and the third party usage of these APIs. The adobe.io team has built an open source based API platform that includes an NGINX based API Gateway that handles hundreds of million of API requests every day.
