How can we fix the color printing issue on an HP Smart Tank printer?

In this video, I’ll share how I fixed the poor print quality issue on my HP Smart Tank 515 printer.
I hadn’t used my printer for four months, and when I tried printing on photo paper after a long break, I noticed that the colors were not coming out correctly!
To solve the problem, I followed these steps:
• First, I removed the color cartridge and blew firmly into the three holes on it.
• Then, I thoroughly cleaned the ink outlet with cologne and a tissue.
• Finally, I started the printhead cleaning process through the HP app to ensure the printer was properly cleaned.
Additionally, I selected the “Best Quality” option while printing.
As a result, I got a clean and correctly colored print, as you can see in the other photo.
Since I couldn’t figure out how to move the printheads into the cartridge replacement position, I had to stop them manually. I’m not sure if this is harmful, so I’ll leave it up to you to do it the right way. The responsibility is yours.
While printing on A4 paper, I chose the “Custom Matte” or “Coated Paper” options in the printer settings.
This significantly improved the print quality!
