ow to Create an App Password for Microsoft Outlook (with Two-Step Verification)
If you’ve enabled two-step verification on your Microsoft account (which is recommended for security), some apps (like older versions of Outlook or other email clients) require an app password to sign in.
Sign in with your email (Outlook, Hotmail, etc.)
Scroll down to the App passwords section
Click Create a new app password
Microsoft will generate a 16-character password — copy this password
Open Microsoft Outlook (or your mail client)
When asked for a password, paste this App Password instead of your regular password
