Delicious and inexpensive cabbage salad | Korean cabbage
It is impossible to pass by such a fragrant crispy salad of sunny yellow color! Very easy to prepare, inexpensive, but incredibly tasty, the salad can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to a week. But usually it is eaten much earlier!
Ingredients
White cabbage - 2 kg
Carrots - 1 pc.

Salt - to taste (about 1 tablespoon)
Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons
Vinegar 9% - 100 ml
Ground coriander - 2 teaspoons
Sweet paprika - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Hot red pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 60 ml
