The Les Paul, just like the Stratocaster, has become a collective term for this type of guitar. We're talking, of course, about the original, the one and only Gibson Les Paul. The so-called Paula has enriched the lives of many guitarists since 1952. It was considered a high-priced electric guitar, but for several years now, it has also been available in a more affordable version, which also bears the "Gibson" label.
In contrast to the Strat, the Les Paul sound is warm and full. You'll recognize the sound from many genres, such as metal, hard rock, punk, and, of course, blues. And the first representative I have to mention here is SLASH. Does anyone know it without Paula? No, right?
